Cooperation proposal

The company is specialized in farming of specialty and certified coffee, fresh fruit, and ginger. They are searching for Finnish trade intermediary partners for distributing their coffee and fruit in the Nordic market.

Offering

The company is the result of the fusion of two companies: “Agro Goods S.A.C”, established in 1998, and “Procesos de Calidad”, established in 2004.

The company’s main products include specialty and certified coffee and fresh fruits such as hass avocado and tangerines. Their coffees have Organic, Fairtrade, UTZ and Rainforest Alliance certifications and the fresh fruit products are Global Gap certificated. According to the company, Perunor coffee is characterized by its sweetness, red fruit acidity and fine flavor with touches of dried fruits, floral and sweet and prolonged residual flavor. The coffees are produced in all areas of Peru which means that they can provide coffees with different kind of profiles to suit various kinds of preferences and needs. According to PERUNOR, their fresh hass avocados and tangerines (W.Murcott) have a pleasant pronounced flavour. The avocados are available for shipments when other countries no longer have harvest (March – June).

The coffee products can be shipped from June to January, hass avocados from March to July and ginger from March onwards.

Markets and customers

The customers so far have been from Canada, United States, England, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Spain. The company has more than 20 years in the activity of agro exports to the United States and Europe. Their international partners in coffee products are e.g. DR Wakefield (the UK) and Daarnhouwer & Co BV (the Netherlands). Hass avocados has been sold e.g. to Palacios Escutia S.L (Spain).
