The company is a cooperative service provider that provides back-office and front-office outsourcing services to organizations not limited to the Philippines, but also internationally to clients who have plans to establish a business presence in the country. Back-office services include streamlining Payroll processing, benefits remittances, data entry, IT, and accounting processes. Front-office services involve marketing and promoting client’s products and services across various required channels.

Markets and customers

Main markets and key customers include organizations planning to expand their teams to the Philippines. Focused industries include agriculture, IT, research, hospitality, medical, customer service, marketing, and traditional call centers.

Additional information

As the organization is a cooperative, they also invest part of the monthly outsourced fees in programs and incentives that will harness and uplift the skills of the worker-members and increase their livelihood opportunities with potential incentives like dividends and patronage refunds. It is giving these members beyond the statutory government benefits in the Philippines.
