Cooperation proposal

UTEM-TT LLC is looking to establish long-term partnerships with companies in Finland’s energy sector, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction and civil engineering sectors, as well as Finnish chemical plants and refineries, mining, pulp and paper sectors.

UTEM-TT LLC seeks the following types of cooperation:

• OEM Supply – providing certified components for integration into Finnish industrial systems
• Joint Engineering Projects – collaboration on energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects in Finland and Ukraine that require high-spec materials, co-developing solutions for cold climate and high-pressure applications.
• Distribution Partnership – regional distributing of UTEM-TT products in Finland.

Offering

UTEM-TT LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer specializing in high-quality pipeline components and custom steel structures. They offer a full cycle of design, fabrication, and delivery of fittings, welded pipes, supports, and non-standard assemblies made from titanium and austenitic/perlitic steel.

The company produces butt-weld pipe fittings: elbows, tees, and reducers of OD 2” to 12”, WT 2.5 mm to 12.5 mm, pipe spools and pipe components of austenitic and pearlitic steels, pipe supports, steel structures, and tanks.

Markets and customers

UTEM-TT LLC primarily serves the Ukrainian production sector. Their key customer groups include:

• Energy Sector: Including nuclear, thermal, and renewable energy facilities that require PED-certified pipe fittings and supports for high-pressure systems.
• Oil & Gas Industry: refineries and processing plants.
• Chemical Industry: facilities with specialized steel structures and fittings for handling aggressive substances.
• Food Industry: hygienic and certified piping systems.
• Construction & Civil Engineering: Projects in industrial buildings and infrastructure that require custom steel assemblies.

Additional information

UTEM-TT LLC is part of the UTEM Group, the companies with a century-long track record in heavy engineering and the energy sector. The company facility is located in Bucha, Kyiv region and has a new production floor with an annual output of 2220 tons. About 20% of their electricity consumption is covered by alternative sources.

UTEM-TT LLC products meet the requirements of the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU PED), as well as national standards such as DSTU, OST, and SOU NAEC “Energoatom”.
