Cooperation proposal

The business is seeking multinational cooperation with Finnish companies interested in partnering in their fresh food export business currently in operation in Kenya, with the aim of growing the business.

The corporation arrangements would be made between both entities, with Kibuye Appstore managing the operations locally while Onboard Finnish partners would participate partially in leadership roles of the company.

The business is also seeking corporate financing from the Finnish partners.

Offering

Kibuye Appstore is an e-commerce service provider in the agriculture space, with a mission to create an Ecosystem where the company and the farmers have a symbiotic relationship interacting with the open local and international markets.

Started in 2022 in Kisumu City, Kenya to buy and sell fish through their platform, the business has since grown to establish a division in Nairobi, Kenya in collaboration with partners who provide temperature-controlled warehousing services. This has enabled them to add value to farmers while tapping into the existing market in Nairobi.

Markets and customers

Kibuye Appstore provides an e-commerce service in Agribusiness and their customers are segmented into two categories.

1) The farmers who sell their produce through the system.

2) Customers who buy products from farmers through the system. These are mainly in large cities like Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa and Dubai.
