In December, we will welcome our Regional Coordinators Huong Phan and Trang Nguyen from Hanoi to Finland. They help Finnish companies open doors to the Vietnamese market and explore new collaboration opportunities with UN organisations operating in Southeast Asia.

We are currently focusing on developing the tropical fruit value chain in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization’s (UNIDO) Global Quality and Standards Programme (GQSP).

We are looking for solutions from Finnish companies in the following areas:

• Development of packaging processes and materials
• Technical challenges in production facilities, such as ventilation
• Improving skills and professional competence
• Digital solutions for logistics and processes

Meet the Regional Coordinators on 9–10 December

Huong Phan and Trang Nguyen will be available at Finnfund’s premises (Porkkalankatu 9) on 9–10 December. You can book a 30-minute meeting with them on one of the following topics:

1. Vietnamese market and matchmaking
2. Cooperation with UN organisations in Southeast Asia
3. Developing the tropical fruit value chain with UNIDO

SDG Booster coming in early 2026

Our work on developing the tropical fruit value chain will continue in 2026, when we will organise an SDG Booster event at the end of February together with Vietnamese and Finnish companies.
