Finnpartnership will organize together with its partners a digital SDG Booster seminar focusing on Vietnam’s water sector. The seminar will be organized in collaboration with Finnish Water Forum, Vietnam Water & Sewerage Association, Finland’s Embassy in Vietnam and Business Finland, with guest speakers from UNDP Vietnam. The event will build business partnerships between Finnish and Vietnamese water sector companies especially in the areas of Waste Water Treatment, Managed Aquifer Recharge and Smart Water Solutions.

The SDG Booster is a digital workshop where we delve into opportunities and challenges gathered from Vietnam’s water sector, draft solutions to the challenges based on the products and services of the participants, and aim to build cooperation, consortia and new business. The SDG Booster organizers can support new and existing projects through their financial and other services.

Finnpartnership assisted Finnish Water Forum this October in organizing a water sector workshop in Hanoi. The workshop was organized in connection with Team Finland’s business delegation visit to Vietnam, led by Finland’s Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Mr. Antti Kurvinen. Finnpartnership mapped out local needs and opportunities in the water sector together with Vietnamese water industry companies and organizations in preparation for November’s SDG Booster.
