The company manufactures socks made of Egyptian cotton which is widely considered to be the world’s finest cotton.

The socks produced by Divia are texture patented and intended for everyday use from sports to work. The company can produce the socks based on the request of their clients. The products are made from the famous Extra Light “Filo di Scozia”, 100% cotton to sports socks, extra thick sport and winter socks. Materials used are 100% cotton or 80% cotton and 20% synthetic.

Markets and customers

The customers so far have been many European companies (especially under Italian brands).

The cotton grows on the banks of the Nile River in Egypt which is considered to be one of the world’s most fertile areas for harvesting; the land has a great balance of sun, humidity, and soil. Egyptian cotton is widely considered to be the world’s finest cotton and the following characteristics are what set Egyptian cotton apart from other natural fibers: The length of the fiber makes it possible to make the finest of yarns without sacrificing the strength of the yarn. The strength of the fibre makes fabrics more solid and more resistant to stress. Its ability to absorb liquids gives fabrics made of Egyptian cotton deeper, brighter and more resistant colours.
