Finland Pakistan Business Summit in March 2023

Finnpartnership and the Finland Pakistan Business Council are organising Finland Pakistan Business Summit (FPBS) in cooperation with the Embassy of Finland. The event will be held in two cities, Islamabad and Karachi, in week 11. Final dates will be confirmed soon.

After a ten-year hiatus, Finland opened an embassy in Islamabad in September 2022. Interest in Finland and its business solutions is high in Pakistan, and Finnish companies have also shown extensive interest in the Pakistani market. The upcoming event will focus on sustainable energy, education, textiles and social impact.

The main focus of the FPBS will be to support business cooperation between Finnish and local actors. There is no registration fee, but participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. Finnpartnership Business Partnership Support can be applied for to cover travel costs to the event if the applicant’s aim is to explore long-term business partnership opportunities, e.g. setting up a new business in Pakistan.
