Finland Business Week in Zambia

The Embassy of Finland in Zambia warmly welcomes Finnish companies to the annual Finland Business Week on 23-27 March 2026 in Lusaka and Kitwe.

The ‘FinnBizWeek’ promotes the strengthening of partnerships between Finnish and Zambian companies, smooth market access and increased information between Finland and Zambia. This year, the event and the programme is focusing on the mining sector, but companies from other sectors are also welcome to attend. The Embassy is organising seminars, B2B & B2G meetings and networking event in Lusaka 23. – 24.3.2026.

As part of the FinnBizWeek the delegation travels to Kitwe, for the Zambia International Mining & Energy Conference. Organised by Ametrade, ZIMEC2026 is held 25.-27.3.2025 in Kitwe Garden Court Hotel. Finnish companies are welcome to attend the event by registering to the conference separately. Please find the pricelist for the forum here.

FinnBizWeek is a free event, but companies cover for their international and local travel, accommodation and conference tickets. On Friday 27.3. the Embassy can organise a mining site visit in the Copperbelt region.

Companies still have the opportunity to influence the programme for Lusaka and the mining site visit. The embassy is happy to receive ideas and suggestions in free-form via email. The embassy is also happy to answer further questions about the event and market opportunities in Zambia.
