Cooperation proposal

The company is looking for a Finnish partner for a joint venture in two areas. First, to upgrade fish processing technology and quality management to meet EU standards and secure the necessary certifications for market entry. Second, to start a new business line producing cardboard packaging. The partner will bring technical know-how, equipment, and technology, help with EU certification and market access, and possibly co-invest in the venture.

The company’s main market is Ukraine, serving retail chains, wholesale distributors, the e-commerce channel, and individual consumers. They export to the USA and are now working on expanding their export base, with a focus on the EU market.

Their certified packaging meets the standards of the Ukraine Sanitary and Epidemiological Examination, and they operate five branded retail stores in their home city.
