Interest among Finnish companies in developing markets has reached a record high this year. Finnpartnership’s support has been granted mostly to projects in the construction, ICT, and health sectors. Once again, the majority of supported projects have focused on Ukraine, where Finnish companies are actively participating in reconstruction efforts.

Large companies are also increasingly discovering the benefits of business partnership support. Their share of supported projects has grown steadily from 2022 to 2025, and this year, a quarter of Finnpartnership-supported projects have been initiated by large enterprises.

Important dates and upcoming changes

If you are planning to submit an application this year, please remember to deliver the basic information form and all required attachments to the e-service no later than Thursday, 18 December 2025.

At the turn of the year, we will announce changes to the terms and conditions that will take effect in 2026. The application process for business partnership support and related workshops will continue as normal next year. We have also published the schedule for the 2026 application workshops.
