Project abstractRay Group Sarl is an experienced EPC company based in Democratic Republic of the Congo. The company is specialized in the design, engineering and installation of electromechanical and other structures for energy infrastructure construction projects in Africa, is searching for Finnish EPC partners interested in JV participation in energy infrastructure construction projects in African countries. The company is interested also in cooperation with Finnish manufacturers of equipment and products for marketing activities in Africa.
Project descriptionRay Group Sarl, established in 2003 is based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo and currently employs 125 persons.
The company operates in design and construction of high voltage substations, design and construction of electrical transmission and distribution lines, Construction of MV transformer substations, Testing and commissioning, Street and public lighting installation, Installation of MV/LV generator sets & electric networks. Ray Group Sarl provides also Civil engineering services including design, construction, and management of civil engineering works, for instance construction of buildings etc. The company has obtained large experience of participation in projects funded by international financial institutions. The company has its own Quality Management Policy as well as Environmental Management Policy and Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
The customers so far have been public institutions, private companies and the national ministries of the African states concerned with the problems of energy on one hand and with public works related to the production and distribution of electric power on the other hand.
Ray Group Sarl is currently looking for a partner to start JV cooperation with Finnish EPC companies in energy infrastructure construction projects in Africa.
