Project abstractNinth Avenue Limited, a Kenyan company specialised in consolidating and selling fresh cut flowers (roses, summer flowers, fillers and foliages), is searching for a trade intermediary (distributor, importer, agent or representative) for buying of their products and selling them to the target customers in Finland and other European markets.

Project descriptionThe company, established in 2013 is based in Kenya and currently employs 2 persons.

The company’s main products are mainly fresh cut flowers of different varieties including roses, lilies, carnations, tulips, sunflowers, eryngiums, hypericums and other summer flowers native and unique to Kenya but of high demand in Europe.

The company has been issued the horticultural produce export license and has exhibited their flowers at the Kenya International Flower Export (IFTEX) and the Netherlands International Flower Export (IFTF).

The customers so far have majorly been from Middle East (UAE, Iraq, Qatar and Kuwait) and occasionally they have received orders from Spain and Uganda.

The company is currently looking for a partner (flower wholesalers, supermarket chain or other intermediaries) to buy and sell their products (flowers) to the target clients in Finland and its environs, thereby expanding their market into Finland and the larger European market.
