JAPMOR is a for-profit social enterprise specialized in importation of water filtration systems ranging from household water filters to institutional water filters. The company has been in business for 10 years and during that time they have served over 1 million households with clean and safe drinking water solutions. According to the company they have created awareness of drinking clean and safe water and developed a reputation among buyers, as well as their American distributors and manufacturers.
The customers so far have been NGOs, the Government of Kenya, foundations, schools, orphanages, churches, women groups and entrepreneurs both locally and internationally.
The company is currently looking for partners who can provide advanced technologies in the area of water and sanitation. Also they are looking for partners with whom they shall commercialize operations countrywide and also in the east African region.
