Project abstractAmazon Authentics is a Guyanan established woman-owned and led company specialized in production of home décor, kitchenware, desk sets and gift items from rare (but not endangered) hardwoods from Guyana rain forests. The company utilizes leftovers from loggers and sawmills. Amazon Authentics is searching for Finnish distribution partners to get their products to Finnish and EU market.

Amazon Authentics is a a woman owned and led micro business that utilizes discards from loggers and saw millers to make original, artistic handcrafted products made of rare wood species (not endangered) from Guyana rain forests. Their products include:
• Kitchen Wares-Bowls/Platters/Trays
• Desk Sets- Business card boxes, pen and letter holders, letter openers, pens
• Home Décor- Candlesticks, vases, decorative bowls, small tables
• Craft Jewellery – Earrings, Necklaces etc. from wood, leather, coconut shells, stones
The company has participated in many international exhibitions in Europe and North America and their customers so far have been traders and private customers of wooden home décor products, kitchen wares etc.
