International Public Tender for an infrastructure project in Ecuador

The Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Ecuador (MTOP) is looking for offers for an International Public Tender for the infrastructure project “Rehabilitation, 4-Lane Extension, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Corridor Buena Fe – Babahoyo – Jujan” in Los Rios province, Ecuador.

The referential investment in the project is USD 682,84 million, divided in Capital expenditure (CapEx infrastructure): USD $ 262,23 million; and Operational expenditure and Maintenance (OpEx costs): USD 420,61 million within a 30-year-period. The tendering process is subject to the regime of delegated management under the Concession model in accordance with the Ecuadorian legislation.
