Meet Zambian circular economy, renewable energy and forestry companies at Finnfund office on 2 June

The World Circular Economy Forum, WCEF2023, organised by Sitra and its partners in Helsinki on 30 May – 2 June 2023, will bring together circular economy experts and decision makers from all over the world to discuss current circular economy trends. As part of the event week, the AGS Programme (Accelerated Growth for SMEs in Zambia) will organise a delegation trip of Zambian companies to Finland. This offers an opportunity for Finnish companies to meet with the Zambian companies at the Finnfund office (Porkkalankatu 22 A) on 2 June at 10-12.

The delegation consists of 15 selected Zambian organisations focused on circular economy, renewable energy and forestry sectors. Zambian companies are looking for for example technology solutions in PET plastic, paper and textile recycling. One company utilises also energy waste as bio fuel (raw materials for example black soldier fly oil and other waste products like animal manure) and is looking for partners for their business.
