Interested in exploring the Namibian markets? Is your company looking for partners, new business opportunities and networks?

The Namibian business environment draws strength from a young population, natural resources, overall stability, and well-functioning infrastructure. English is the official language in Namibia and Finland has an exceptionally long cooperation history with the nation. More detailed information on market opportunities compiled by the Finnish Embassy can be reviewed here

In February 2023, the Doing Business with Finland seminar will provide an excellent opportunity for Finnish companies to expand their business into Namibia. The focus sectors of the seminar are circular economy, renewable energy and green transition, including related education and training solutions. The seminar brings together companies and other relevant stakeholders in the aforementioned sectors to network and create joint business. No participation fee for the seminar is charged, but the participants are expected to arrange and pay for their travel and accommodation themselves.

The seminar is scheduled for February 21st and will take place in Windhoek. Unfortunately, participation via video is not possible.

Registration now open for Finnish companies and organizations!

Please note that Finnpartnership is also organizing a Doing Business with Finland seminar in Lusaka (Zambia) February 23rd and you can register to one or both of the seminars here. Please note that this registration is only for Finnish companies and organizations. A separate registration for local entities will be opened later.

Other relevant programme, such as company visits, will be arranged in conjunction with the seminar.
