The Embassy of Finland in Windhoek, Finnpartnership, Mining Finland and Geological Survey of Finland invite Finnish companies and organizations to participate in a mining sector visit to Namibia from 3 to 8 August 2025.

The visit will coincide with the Mining Expo, which is the most important mining sector event in Namibia. Mining Finland and Team Finland will provide Finnish companies a pavilion at the exhibition. Additionally, a mine site visit is planned for Monday 4 August. In order to make the most out of the visit, it is recommended to arrive to Namibia no later than on the morning of Sunday, 3 August.

The Mining Expo offers Finnish companies a valuable opportunity to showcase their services, connect with key stakeholders in the mining sector, and explore new business partnerships. Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to participate in site visits to mines, networking events, and meetings with local businesses and government officials.
